Integrated Process Solutions in Boulder, Colorado, designs and builds custom vacuum fittings, vacuum gauge manifolds, vacuum foreline manifolds, effluent management subsystems for semiconductor application and custom sanitary products. We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Required skills and experience:
BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline and 3+ years of experience; equivalent experience with no degree will be considered
Hands-on experience in process design and documentation
MRP systems experience along with ability to work and interpret data
Experience with welding process a plus
