Who are we looking for?
*Currently pursuing a
Bachelor’s in Electrical
Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer
Engineering or a related field
*Experience and/or courses pertaining data analysis and data management
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Self-starter, creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands, and technical risks/issues
*Working knowledge of a variety data sources and frequencies
*Working knowledge of process monitoring and control using SPC (Statistical Process Control)
*Strong understanding of databases

What will you be doing?
SUEZ’s Water Technologies and Solutions is currently looking
for aQuality Engineering internto join its global SUEZ Analytical
Instruments (AI) team located in Boulder, CO. SUEZ’s AI
manufacturing quality team works with our manufacturing and supply management
teams to ensure standard and consistent manufacturing quality requirements and
standards are met. This individual will
be assigned to a specific project that includes development of Statistical Process
Control (SPC) of conductivity cells used in Total Organic Carbon (TOC)
analyzers along with correlation of performance in downstream processes. This individual may also support analysis of
products for current and future compliance to the new UKCA regulatory
As aManufacturing Quality Engineering intern, you will:
*Compile conductivity cell, measurement module, and T&C TOC analyzer data into single database and run statistical analyses to determine correlation between conductivity cell test data to performance of modules and analyzers downstream.
*Develop an understanding of testing processes for conductivity cells, measurement modules and TOC analyzers and identify points within each process where data is collected or could be collected if the data is relevant to process control.
*Review existing conductivity cell test limits to determine if limits should be modified based on data from downstream performance.
*Review current and future UKCA regulatory requirements as they pertain to AI products and outline an action plan for product compliance.
*Reinforce the company’s culture, vision and values of collaboration, inclusiveness, diversity, integrity, quality and safety at all levels
Compensation:Hourly 18.00 - 20.00 USD
