Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer - Agile Process Coach in Boulder, Colorado

Description: This position is with Lockheed Martin Space.

As an Agile Product Coach on the GNOME Program you will:

• Work with small Product Teams led by a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master

• Coach Scrum teams with:

• defining and prioritizing the Agile Team's backlog

• defining the vision, roadmap, and program backlog for the product

• developing acceptance criteria for tasking

• defining the sprint (three week) goals

• decomposing the features into stories

• Act as Scrum Master for the teams as needed

• Run Scrum of Scrums for program

• Support daily Scrum Meetings, Team Demos, and monthly Staff Calls

• Work under very general supervision in support of larger team goals

• Support Ad hoc tasking and stretch assignments as outlined by Program Technical Leaders

• Relentlessly pursue continuous improvement, emphasize outcomes over metrics, and be a good teammate

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in Agile development and Agile coaching

Experience team leading as Scrum Master

Remote team support

Experience in Digital Transformation and process optimization

Desired Skills:

Certifications in Agile development and Agile coaching

Experience with Software Factory at the enterprise level

Experience with backlog generation and priority sorting

Software build tools and processes

Software build tracking

Experience in a variety of agile practices (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. )

Experience using Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e. g. Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc. )
