Digital CX Strategist
The Digital CX Strategist role will become the subject matter expert on Arrow’s customers and web platforms. This position will function as a liaison between global and regional business stakeholders, product managers and developers and will work alongside UX/UI Designers and platform owners globally to drive valuable, immersive experiences for our customers
What You Will Be Doing
Help with coordination and execution of user-centered and customer experience research and usability studies that provide actionable insights which influence the business and eCommerce strategy for Arrow's web footprint.
Collaborate and support business areas and objectives that align to firm, division and department priorities and focus on customer and user-centricity.
Design and execute user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
Influence, support and partner with other regional and global multi-disciplinary teams, including other business areas, Technology/Product and Marketing to execute CX/UX projects.
Work with and provide supporting documentation to others that influences product, system or application development and implementation to ensure creation of efficient, sustainable and successful results
Determine and recommend the most efficient and effective research approaches to solve for business needs and meet agreed-upon objectives, then guiding business areas through the appropriate UX process.
Assist with appropriate change management best practices and approach to build rapport, understand customer experience needs, address resistance and reinforce key learnings or results.
What We Are Looking For
Requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. Prefer degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or relevant field.
Track record of framing a research study around business problems and identifying customer needs or expectations.
Ability to proactively articulate how research will inform or guide customer experience and product strategy - pointing to unmet user needs or new opportunities.
Able to expertly research, analyze and consolidate data into trends and share with teams.
Constructive problem-solving expertise
Expert in both qualitative and quantitative user experience research methodologies and its application to the broader customer experience
Strong ability to create research roadmaps to drive large scale projects independently and autonomously, with high levels of ambiguity or complexity, with experience of running multiple workstreams at once.
Actively seeks out different audiences/customers/points of view that may not have been considered but are relevant to the customer experience.
Has built relationships with cross-functional teams over time to create empathy and advocacy; Considered an influencer and thought leader amongst cross-functional partners in previous work
Fluent in English. Mandarin and other language an advantage
Experience in Project Management

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
