The candidate will lead Electrical/Electronic Engineering (EEE) Parts Engineering technical assignments related to hardware manufacturing and testing. Assignments will include technical evaluation and support of manufacturing issues/concerns. Candidate will participate in the selection, qualification, testing, and failure analysis of EEE Parts, prepare technical and progress reports on assigned tasks, prepare specifications, evaluate suppliers and analyze test reports. The candidate will coordinate with other disciplines such as Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement.

Ability to obtain a security clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Physics, Material Sciences, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Solid experience with specifications for, or failure analysis of, high-reliability and/or commercial Electrical/Electronic piece parts

• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues

• Demonstrated technical leadership of small teams or projects

• Communication of key project information or recommendations to Program management and /or Customers

Ability to obtain a security clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of EEE parts requirements for space or missile applications

• Strong understanding of electronic piece-part physics and failure modes

• Experience working in a high volume, production environment

• Commercial, automotive and military grade EEE parts experience

• Able to work well virtually with other sites.

• Recognized by peers as an established technical expert for applications of EEE Parts.
