At Perspecta, Aerospace Engineers analyze aerospace products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine designs and methods. Aerospace Engineers also analyze project requests and proposals and engineering data to determine feasibility, producibility, cost, and production time of aerospace or aeronautical products. Specific to this position, the Aerospace Engineer will provide technical and engineering expertise to assess missile warning and missile defense capabilities.

The Aerospace Engineer will be responsible for providing support for future emerging requirements and upgrades, as well as continuously assessing operational data on a day to day basis.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support configuration control boards

  • Assess anomalies

  • Coordinate with user community


Required Skills: Required Skills: Requires 5 to 7 years of experience with BS or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA

  • B.S in Engineering/science discipline

  • Must have an active TS/SCI Poly clearance

  • Demonstrated experience or familiarity with missile analysis

Desired Skills:

  • 2 years of experience with DoD project management

  • Experience with the Westfield customer
