We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a Bachelor's degree inSystems Engineering or a related engineering field and at least 10 years ofrelevant experience. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'llhave the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to design andcreate the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those thatexist today and those that will shape tomorrow.As the Mission Systems Power Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, youwill be responsible for the following:Developing all aspects of supplemental electrical power sources and therequired modifications to the air vehicle, including modification toexisting power supply to increase the available electrical power and/orinstalling new power sources to supplement the existing supply.This includesall structural, electrical, and power system modifications, indicationandcontrol required to accommodate these changes.Cross-functional collaboration with other groups to gather all inputs todefine interfaces and ensure operability with the other mission systems and toensure operability of the interior with the other mission systems and IPTs.Planning and execution of all aircraft ground and flight test to demonstratefunctionality.Working with your team to divide the workshare between internal and externalcapability and generate Statements of Work (SOWs) to flow to potentialsub-contractors. Once on contract, the lead shall ensure the sub-contractorhas the information and communications necessary to complete their task inscope and on time.
