Aboveall, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.In the role of Rocky Mountain Regional Remediation Lead, we'll count onyou to: Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of environmentalmulti-discipline projects, such as soil, wastewater, groundwater,sediment, and indoor air investigations and restorations. Superfund andconsulting experience is a plus. Lead, manage, and coordinate several projects concurrently. Lead and manage client relationships and be involved with marketing,business development, proposals, and contract negotiations. Lead and manage engineering design and contract document work sessions atthe project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriatetechnical professionals and other disciplines. Coordinate staffing and workload through the life-cycle of projects fromproject development to project completion and project closeout. Work with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller orCompany Controller and Department Manager for project reviews. Implement corporate QA/QC procedures. Train personnel as established by strategic plans. Supervise and mentor project staff and Project Managers. Computer skills, excellent written and oral communication, and a goodunderstanding of working with State and Federal government agencies.**Location is flexible across Colorado with travel to the Denver office asneeded**#LI-MB2QualificationsRequired Qualifications BS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or closely relatedengineering field; 10 years of environmental remediation and restoration project managementexperience; Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, haveexcellent organizational, project management and communication (bothwritten and verbal) skills; An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of ouremployee-owned culture is a mustPreferred Qualifications MS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or closely relatedengineering field; Professional engineering (PE) license, OSHA HAZWOPER certification; Candidates who reside locally in the Colorado area; Previous experience working and managing environmental remediationprojects for government agencies in the Western United StatesWhy HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's alsoabout what you do and how you do it.
