As a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to a Systems Engineering team in design, development, implementation, testing and analysis of Signal Processing/Radar/Optical systems sensors products and systems to support the vital missions of our warfighters. This position supports the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) division, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together. In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a system engineering role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers.
Systems engineering across the development lifecycle.
Systems Engineering in an Agile paradigm
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Active Top Secret DoD Security Clearance
2 years MBSE modeling experience
3 years SE experience withs a Systems Development Lifecycle
2 years experience with Agile development process
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong written skills
Good communicator/interpersonal skills
DoD project delivery experience
Familiarity with CONOPS and Opscon documentation
Ability to get Security + certification within 6 months of start
Ability to gain DoD TS/SCI Clearance
Graduate STEM degree
OMG MBSE Certification
