Systems development and deployment of software/hardware integrated platforms
Earned Value management
Signal Processing and Radar (LPAR, Gimballed LPAR, Dish, Multi-Static LPAR, Multi-Faced LPAR) systems requirements definition, flow down and traceability
Customer and Sub-Contractor interface
Direct activities of integrated product team
Generate proposals and white papers to generate new business
Other duties as assigned
Active DoD secret security clearance required
Bachelor’s degree in STEM/engineering discipline and 6 years of related experience; OR 4 years related experience with a Master's degree, or equivalent
4 years’ experience engineering DoD systems/subsystems
Security+ certification, or within 120 days of obtaining
Preferred Additional Skills:
Existing DoD TS/SCI security clearance
Must be able to obtain additional TS/SCI clearance
Experience with requirements definition, flow-down and traceability
4 plus years’ experience engineering/implementing Signal Processing and or Radar (LPAR, Gimballed LPAR, Dish, Multi-Static LPAR, Multi-Faced LPAR) systems/subsystems
Hands on experience with Matlab
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Must be able to travel 10%; support field testing
Advanced Engineering Degree
Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation) and proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent people skills; collaboration in a multi-disciplinary and diverse dynamic team environment
