And we're looking for dynamic people to join our team.Position Purpose:The Ardent Mills Plant Intern program will provide broad exposure, trainingand development interns with a variety of backgrounds. Detailed objectives andindividualized initiatives will be established for each participant at thebeginning of the program based upon previous experiences and desired exposure.Interns will be immersed in the day-to-day business activity while partneringdirectly with leaders across the organization, to create an environment thatfosters learning and development. In addition to professional guidance, avariety of social and business-related activities are also available forfurther interaction and networking amongst peers and mentors.Recognizing that candidates come in with diverse backgrounds and interests,the Intern Program has a distinct path.Food Safety and Quality InternshipCandidates will concentrate most of their 12 weeks in the laboratory settingwith projects focused on our Quality and/or Food Safety systems.
