You will inspire people to achieve things they never thoughtpossiblTo succeed, youmustbe able to:Deliver results in first-time situations by inspiring others and working toearn trust every dayServe others with understanding, respect, and careOperate with simplicity, clarity and transparencyDeal with and drive changeOrganize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting or exceedingdeadlinesLearn and apply newtechnologyandshareyourknowledge with othersAbove all, you will be expected to carry out all your activities withreliability, integrity, compliance and in a safe, environmentallyresponsible, and efficient manner.Your responsibilities:Collaborate with other members of the Pack Engineering team and plantleadership to help set vision, strategy, and goals for team and packingoperationTroubleshoot new or existing product problems involving designs,materials, or processes, receive guidance and support from Senior membersof the team as neededInvestigate or resolve operational failure, problems and inefficiencies toensure maximum useful life of equipment and provide technical expertise andsupport to the operationsEstablish best practices, repairs schedule,predictive-preventativemaintenance routines, andinstallmachines, tools, and equipment on pack lineApply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhancemanufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectivenessDevelop Training material and programs for Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) across packaging operationsCollect, analyze and provide insight and solutions relative to operationaldata to evaluate operations, processes or productsDevelop strength and consistency in Ardent Mills packaging operations byengaging, mentoring, coaching and training facility teams and packagingoperators to develop technical excellence in the areas of equipment design,process knowledge, packaging design and analysis, and project developmentacross the networkCollaborate with network operations to establish effective technical trainingfor packaging operations and line operators across the businessWork with engineering and plant teams across the network to successfullyidentify, execute and commission capital projects relative to packagingoperations, as well as collaborate on other projects and advanced problemsolvingEnsure external bench-marking is in place in area of expertise to avoidmissing important industry developmentsParticipate in associated trade organizations to develop a network of SubjectMatter Experts and core technology contacts while keeping abreast of new andemerging technology in grain processing and packaging operationsEssential Skills a
