KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Program Delivery Services for our Consulting practice.


  • Support experience and Design Thinking workshops in various environments to kick-off engagements and enable collaborative brainstorming / ideation with client users and stakeholders

  • Support designa research efforts; conduct qualitative and quantitative user research via user interviews, focus groups, surveys, and benchmarking analysis to ensure solutions are rooted in real-world needs and deliver experience and functionality that delights and drives adoption

  • Translate user research, business requirements and contextual business information into a logical, solution-oriented strategic direction

  • Support the presentation of and speak to the value of the team's design solution to client stakeholders through storytelling in a way that inspires confidence and drives approval

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of Strategists, Designers, Developers, and subject matter leads as well as collaborate with a community of creatives to improve our combined skills, processes and delivery


  • Minimum one year of experience in user experience design, digital product/service design, or other forms of human-centered design

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Proficient storytelling skills (oral, written, and visual) with the ability to inspire, educate and persuade; client-facing consulting/agency experience (spanning consumer, enterprise or professional services) preferred

  • Working knowledge in current execution tools and processes such as keynote, Microsoft Office suite, Lean, Design Thinking Human Centered Design, and Agile

  • Working knowledge with experience tools such as personas, journey maps and any other additional communication methods to showcase strategic direction

  • Strong strategic project portfolio that demonstrates effective problem solving, qualitative and quantitative analysis and analysis linkage to experience and/or business change and ROI

  • Willing to travel 50 to 80% as needed for client visits and firm meetings

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
