What You Will Be Doing

The Project Manager will consult and manage projects from start to finish. Some responsibilities that you will be tasked with include:

  • Oversee All Aspects of project ( Structural and Building Envelope , Forensics, Enclosure, repair.. )

  • Act as the trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders

  • Project tracking and quality control

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Full Managerial of key PM areas: scope, budget, requirements, resources...

  • Manage Direct Reports conducting trainings and mentoring, managing schedules, etc.

  • Conduct site evaluations

What You Need for this Position

More Than 10 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Management Experience

  • Structural and Building Science Solutions ( Curtain Walls , Roof, Foundation ,waterproofing solutions, Fenestration ...)

  • Software proficiency AutoCAD, Bluebeam, WUFI, THERM ....

  • More than one of these areas: Field Performance Testing, Consulting, Litigation consulting, Rehabilitation & Design, Forensics Engineering, Enclosure Consulting and commissioning

  • Commercial Construction

  • Budget Management

  • Building codes and designs

  • Travel is required


Specialty Certification in key Building Science areas: e.g. P.E., AIA, BPI, LEED, CCM, OSHA, RWC, CSST, CSSM, CCS, CCPM


College Degree
