What You Will Be Doing

The Project Estimator will be assisting in estimating for preconstruction services on select bid and negotiated design build projects. This will require accurate conceptual budgeting through the final GMP. Conceptual estimating and budgeting value engineering, scheduling, quantity survey, bid document preparation, and analysis will be the main focus.

What You Need for this Position

At least 1-3 years of experience with the following:

-Estimating Experience for commercial GC (hard bid and negotiated market)

-Ability to manage multiple task simultaneously

-Ability to read and understand plans

-Detail oriented

Nice to have

-Field Engineering

-Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree

-Experience with a GC
