Action Behavior Centers Sr. New Centers Coordinator - Construction Project Manager in Denver, Colorado

Action Behavior Centers, a leading development center for children with autism across Texas is seeking a highly skilled Senior New Centers Coordinator. He/She will be responsible construction of new centers during company expansion. We?re looking for an experienced and hungry individual who can demonstrate project leadership, highly organized, and execute on a high growth model. We?re a forward-thinking company with expansion on the horizon, so someone who is willing to grow with ABC will be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

  • Deliver projects within timeline, scope, & budget

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables

  • Manage communication with senior leadership around project scope, timeline, progress, and budget

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists

  • Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities

  • Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems

  • Comply with legal requirements, permits, building and safety codes, and other regulations

  • Coordinate with appropriate departments with regards to opening new centers

  • Work with other departments and assist with Ad Hoc projects

  • Assist Manager of New Centers when needs arise

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of budget management

Education & Experience:

  • Extensive experience working in construction or project management fields

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • High EQ and understands how to lead a team

  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills

  • History of delivering exceptional performance and successfully navigating high-growth build plans

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment; adaptable.

  • Exhibits tenacity in exceeding goals and proactively looking for ways to improve

  • Understands personal goals yet appreciates the overall team goals and willingly assists others by forming strong working relationships and helping where needed.

  • Interpersonally Smart ? Adept at working with a diverse base of contractors and personnel

  • Proven to work successfully with minimal supervision

  • Brand ambassador ? high degree of professionalism and an ethical representation of ABC in all dealings

  • Travel Requirements - Willing to travel to multiple centers in Austin and surrounding Texas cities during expansion. Expected travel 50-75%.

Compensation:

  • $70,000 salary + annual bonus based upon business KPIs
