We take pride in our vision to be"world's best", it's why we work harder, invest more, andcontinually innovate.Responsibilities Participate in and execute the Innovation strategic plan in alignmentwith the company's strategy and goals, manage capital projects, developand implement procedures and methodology to improve efficiencies andquality, and resolve all operational or quality problems. Provide troubleshooting and continuous improvement technical expertisein all matters regarding cheese production/processing operations whiledeveloping and implementing procedures and practices to improve efficienciesand quality. Act as the scientific SME for cheese production and processes, andsystem development. Stay abreast of key development efforts in academia, regulatory, andindustry, focusing on innovative technology and issues that may impactproduction processes and product functionality. Provide support and expertise to many areas of the business to includeproduction operations, engineering, and R&D by acting as a scientificauthority for cheese production, processes, and system development. Develop the talent base for the organization through formal and informalcoaching, instructing and mentoring to raise the competency and capabilityof the entire Research & Development organization.
