Minimum Requirements

Great minds think alike! Now that we understand each other, let’s sort through the minimum qualifications for this position:

  • BA/BS in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master's degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of related stormwater experience.

  • Must have municipal and planning background, along with MS4 design and compliance experience.

  • Professional Engineer license required.

  • Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC) desired.

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.

  • Experience in designing stormwater treatment systems.

  • Experience with design submissions for municipal approval, including grading plans and construction drawings.

  • Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively mentor and train staff.

  • Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
