We are seeking a Strength Engineer-RS3 to join our team in Centennial, CO.Candidates must be able to develop relationships with customers and includethem in development of solutions and designs. The position will consist ofworking with other direct and contract hires. Analyzes, researches anddevelops structural engineering specifications involving metals,non-metallic or composite structural materials for product design, oroperation of product to include structures, mechanical, hydraulic,electrical, heating and ventilating, equipment and maintenance designs.Analyzes damage tolerance, durability, design allowables and structuralmodeling. Perform/support structural testing as required. Travel may berequired to support projects.External Additional Requirements Fundamental knowledge of stress and fatigue analysis concepts with at least6-10 years of relevant, prior work experience. At least 2 years ofexperience using FEMAP, NASTRAN, NX, Matlab, MS Office Suite;Attention to detail with the ability to ability to work in a fast paceddevelopment environment; Strong verbal and written communication skills anda Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering discipline.External Preferred Qualifications In addition to the minimum requirements, the ideal candidate will havepast experience with launch vehicle, spacecraft or aircraft hardware stressanalysis.
