As a keymember of the Business Capability Engineering team you will work with globalbusiness stakeholders to understand key requirements; product managers toprioritize development iterations; designers to enable high quality designfeatures; infrastructure teams to ensure hardware and other resourcerequirements are met; and development teams to produce leading edgecapabilitiePosition Responsibilities:Perform software development and requirements engineering according to Agilemethodology.Analyze customer requirements and create related subsystem and modulerequirements.Create design documentation in both text and model-based formats.Implement logic for new features and/or modify existing logic to realize thedesign.Lead reviews for requirements, designs, and implementations, as well assupport other team members with theirs.Manage technical debt to ensure successful product iteration and avoidance ofdebt servicingEnsure the backlog always has enough work for at least 1 to 2 iterations outLead daily grooming sessions to optimize task and dependency managementRequire written daily standup reports and actively manage team members thathave missing reportsAssign task complexity based on capability of development teamProactive task management status checks to avoid items becoming staleAttend a daily chat based on the standup reports and seek clarification onidentified comments or issuesResolve needs and roadblocks posted in the standup reports and raised in thedaily chat.Manage detailed activity report for each developer and ensure balancedworkloadReview all tickets currently in process or assigned to current iteration.Actively, add or move tickets depending on schedule and capacity.Communicate prior week development results and current week planned activitiesWork with talent team to identify and onboard quality candidates whennecessaryActive participation in the maturation process of the Agile model andmethodology within the organizationSupport module testing for assigned software components.Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to develop quality testcases.Analyze and document test data and results.Essential Skills & Experience:Must have 5+ years' experience as an Agile Technical LeadPrevious technical development experience with the Microsoft technology stack(C++, C#, SQL Server) is requiredDemonstrated understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle modelsincluding Scrum, XP, etc.Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methods and techniques: User Stories,Backlog Grooming, Planning, Agile GamesExperience with Agile planning tools such as Rally, JIRA, ServiceNow,TFS, etc. is preferredProven ability to multitask, and effectively manage/prioritize time acrosscompeting activities/resourcesEffective communicator with the ability to succinctly explain technicalconcepts to non-technical people.Ability to understand business terms and concepts and relay that detail todevelopment teamsMentor development teams to continuousl
