You will have 5+ years’ experience in UX Design. You will work with CX owners and Segment leaders to understand the current and target role of our platforms in supporting world-class E2E CX. You will create storyboards reflecting the above using a range of tools (Zeplin, Lucidchart, etc.) and vet these with Product Owners. You will be responsible for delivering detailed designs to UI teams for development. You’ll develop and use a complete set of information sources to assess current and potential designs, including market research, virtual focus groups and online analytics. You will also create style guides for the UI/UX and engineering teams to ensure adherence to best practices and branding standard.

You should have a bachelors degree. You should be strong with Design tools, MS-Office, and ideally experienced with focus groups. You should also have the ability to work well with a very wide variety of personality types and roles (Marketers, software engineers, management…)
