You will have 5+ years’ experience in UX Design. You will work with CX owners and Segment leaders to understand the current and target role of our platforms in supporting world-class E2E CX. You will create storyboards reflecting the above using a range of tools (Zeplin, Lucidchart, etc.) and vet these with Product Owners. You will be responsible for delivering detailed designs to UI teams for development. You’ll develop and use a complete set of information sources to assess current and potential designs, including market research, virtual focus groups and online analytics. You will also create style guides for the UI/UX and engineering teams to ensure adherence to best practices and branding standard.

You should have a bachelors degree. You should be strong with Design tools, MS-Office, and ideally experienced with focus groups. You should also have the ability to work well with a very wide variety of personality types and roles (Marketers, software engineers, management…)

Annual base salary gross:  $80,699-$142,155. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
