Quality Engineer responsible for creating, leveraging, and deploying solutions that provide actionable insights to the business that enable predictive, preventive, and proactive action.

Helping teams see new slices of the customer experience using data analytics skills (tools may include R, Excel, PolyAnalyst, Python). •Use SQL knowledge to link across multiple databases and figure out how to join data from multiple sources using an ETL (extract, transform, load) tool, writing the results to a DB and getting the data into Excel for analysis· Drive unstructured data into structured results using Machine Learning Algorithms and Statistical Methods
Help teams turn data into actionable information by creating meaningful categories through call center case notes, and employ text mining and statistical methods to create relationship and correlation. Meet with product experts to discuss product issues and then transform their needs into functional text mining algorithms, run the text mining software, and ask the experts for feedback on the results. Ability to perform data cleansing on messy data sources. Expand capability to conduct analysis thru development of more efficient classification systems that lead to automation and ability to scale our systems to handle larger data sets. Ability to create data pipelines that are scalable, repeatable, and can serve multiple users within the company
Drive improvements in quality: Understanding and apply project management fundamentals including develop lean six sigma skills to participate & lead quality improvement projects that produce measurable results. Provide expertise to other teams in the area of data insights by creating taxonomy structure, creating search methodologies and presenting and displaying the information. Find and implement new statistical methods that can provide new insights and drive action.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Requires 4-6 years experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Using appropriate engineering design tools and software packages to drive improvement in new and current products.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
