Project Superintendent

  • Provide proactive leadership for project performance, monitoring of schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety, and quality control

  • Maintain excellent relationship with owners, design consultants, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and public

  • Ensure project safety rules and environmental regulations are followed at all times

  • Responsible for performance of the project, crafts people, and subcontractors

  • Mentor, coach, train and supervise project personnel to develop an effective team

  • Understand and enforce contractual responsibilities, contract documents, and resolve disputes

  • Ensure project profitability and on time completion


  • 5+ years progressive responsibility on heavy civil construction projects including bridges, highway, transit, and rail. Colorado experience preferred

  • A strong understanding of field operations with an aptitude for building complex projects

  • Proven leadership, communication, organizational and time management skills

  • Basic computer skills desirable

  • Ability to access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.

  • Ability to travel and relocate within Colorado as required

  • Valid driver’s license
