In addition,Michael Baker International is a recognized leader in the practical aspects ofoperating and maintaining a safe and efficient transportation infrastructure.DESCRIPTION* Project management experience with CDOT and local municipalities;experience managing projects involving multiple disciplines such as roadway,drainage; and experience supervising the execution, financialperformance, and quality assurance of multiple simultaneous projects.* Possess strong verbal, written, presentation and excellent clientmanagement skills; demonstrated ability leading and managing the design anddetailing of complex transportation projects, with an emphasis on experienceand knowledge of the design, analysis, Inspection and maintenance ofhighways. Goal oriented, quality focused, and have demonstrated successwith creating and fostering a team environment* Lead the Roadway group for the Lakewood Office.PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS* Possess B.S. degree in Civil Engineering required. Masters degree in CivilEngineering, Engineering Management, or similar degree.* 15+ years of highway and roadway related design including 5+ years ofproject management experience is preferred. Ideal candidates will haveextensive experience with CDOT standards.* Experience with other transportation/infrastructure agencies located inthe Colorado and Utah region is also desired.* Willingness to travel and experience with alternative delivery projectdevelopment and design* The ideal candidate will also possess established client and colleaguerelationships and willingness to help lead proposal efforts.
