When you decide to build your career atMartin Marietta, you'll know what it's like to be respected,challenged and rewarded.Position SummaryThis position is responsible for managing the engineering planning projects inhe division and providing technical support to the locations.Responsibilities* Project Management - Coordinate efforts of project sub-contractors andvendors to ensure projects are completed timely and within budget* Review capital project proposals to ensure proper selection and applicationof equipment and process technology. Assist operating personnel in evaluatingnew equipment and technology* Technical Support - work wtih location manager to develop the scope ofwork, layouts, equipment list and installation of equipment. Oversee thework of engineering firms or general contractors* Safety - champion the Martin Marietta safety culture. Ensure compliance withall federal, state and Martin Marietta policies.
