We have an exciting opening as an Associate Quality Engineer supporting the Production Quality Operations group in Littleton, CO. As an Associate Quality Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the RF and Antenna Center (RAC) with the day to day production of RF boxes, Microelectronics, and Antenna operations. You will apply Quality Engineering principles to our production environment for non-conformance handling, Root Cause Analysis, Process Improvement, and compliance evaluations.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering field) or equivalent discipline (e.g., Chemical, Electrical,

Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering).

* You'll need knowledge of manufacturing/quality

processes and documentation

* Possess ability to comprehend and interpret

drawings, work instructions, schematics, and


* Demonstrates thorough attention to detail

* Required to work off shifts, overtime and nonstandard

work weeks as needed to meet product


*US citizenship required

Desired Skills:

Experience conducting Root Cause Analyses

• Green Belt Trained, Certified Quality Engineer

(CQE) - understands lean manufacturing and quality

optimization in a production environment

• Understanding of PR/MRB process

• Experience with SAP or VECAMS and data analytics

to report trends and achieve results

• Broad electronics experience to include Circuit

Cards, Harnesses, Antennas, Power Products,

Batteries, and RF/Microwave components

• Your excellent communication skills will engage the

team, customers and senior leaders

• Resourceful self-starter possessing a learning
