Support the Weapon System Booster Integration Team and Manager byperforming requirements tasks such as creation of the WS Specification,Requirements analysis, allocation and decomposition, generation ofspecification trees, Level 1 and Level 2 requirements specificationgeneration, verification planning and support to the program major reviewsand associated deliverables. Specific area of focus for this position is development,qualification, and deployment of the Booster Propulsion System.Qualification: Required - active Secret clearance. Candidates without activeclearance will not be considered. Knowledge of Mechanical and Propulsion Engineering Principals Knowledge of Requirements development and management Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools Experience with Mechanical and Propulsion Engineering associated withmissile systems Knowledge of Mechanical and Propulsion Engineering Principals Knowledge of Requirements development and managementPreferred: Support Structural System Lead and Program Interface Develop Structural system requirements definition and draftspecification generation Interface definition with Propulsion Subcontractor andPropulsion/Ordnance CPEs. Primary and key secondary modeling, preliminary design and drawinggeneration, including Interface Control Drawing (ICD). Preliminary structural and dynamic analyses of primary and key secondarystructures. Thermal analysis of structure, including external launch, captivecarry, and ascent environments, induced environment and component heating.
