Aerotek Liaison Engineer in Louisville, Colorado

NASA-Driven Program Hiring Liaison Engineers in Louisville, CO!

  • Design, analysis, production, testing, and integration of development and flight hardware.

  • Originate specifications, control documents, verification and validation plans, procedures, reports, or other documentation in support of design and development activities.

  • Prepare material for, and conduct, periodic design reviews.

  • Execute engineering design and development activities consistent with customer quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

  • Familiarity with fiber reinforced polymer composites design.

  • Ability to manage and execute on structural design tasks from concept to product implementation.

Desired Experience:

  • Ability to hit deadlines and stay on schedule

  • Previous experience developing requirements or ICD's for secondary structures

  • CAD (NX or Creo preferred)

  • Designing for spacecraft loads and environments or design for manufacturing

  • Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing

  • Familiarity with NASA and/or FAA structural design standards

  • Sheet metal part design

  • A BS in Engineering or technical field is a must

Experience Level:

  • Level II: Minimum of 3 years of experience

  • Level III: Minimum of 6 years of experience
