Aerotek Quality Assurance Inspector III in Louisville, Colorado
Quality Assurance Inspector:
Perform receiving inspections to meet contract quality requirements. This consists of identification, damage inspection, and drawing conformance. Maintain files of certificate of conformity (COCs), document non-conformances in the appropriate entries in the material management system. Coordinate with vendors and other internal departments on program quality issues. Assist in statistical data collection, analysis, and presentation to illustrate product quality.
Perform precision laser alignment & laser tracking model functions.
Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions.
Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of components and sub-assemblies per Inspection Plans, drawings and other specification requirements.
Read and interpret specifications and part prints.
Initiate non-conformance reports (NCs) as required
Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment is up to date prior to conducting inspection operations.
Communicate with project engineers to ensure compliance with the final product requirements.
Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs
As needed, assist Quality Engineers with conduct of First Article, in-process, and final inspections

Experience with certification of in-process build and test paperwork, experience with certification of supplier raw material traceability, IPC 620 standards
