REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
Quality engineering exprience in heavy industrial operations; Steel manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to organize and motivate a production team for safe, high quality results

responsibilities:
Investigate, compile data and reports on quality related claims
Create and review inspection plans in addition to revising standard operation procedures
Monitor inspection processes and supply feedback to supervision
Work with QA to develop training manuals for inspection areas
Support product and process trials in conjunction with assisting in process control
Provide support as necessary during 3rd party inspections
Improve first pass yield throughout the operation
Improve gage process including R&R studies and evaluation of calibration/verification data

For Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $25.00/hour.
