This position is for a professional engineer who willbe responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating Geotechnicalspecific work, as well as managing a broad array projects varying in sizeand complexity. The successful candidate will be experienced in all phases ofgeotechnical and construction management efforts. We share your passion.Essential Role and Responsibilities:Apply sound engineering principles and be able to communicate complexengineering issues and concepts to technical and non-technical clients andproject teams.May be responsible for resource management, project scheduling, budgetsand forecasts, and working with external vendors, subcontractors orcontractorsConducting client development activities and work with our team to develop abook of business in traditional geotechnical services.Provide excellent level of customer service.Design, communicate, and implement a project plan for completing the project.Ability to develop written proposals to clients for both small and largeprojects.Experienced in evaluating, and synthesizing complex laboratory and fielddata, and assembly in written reports.Demonstrate a commitment to follow safety rules, guidelines and standardsfor all projects for incident and injury free operations.Report any safety issues or concerns to management.Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
